ECA Online: Early Childhood Administration M.Ed./C.A.S. Degree Program

Research has clearly demonstrated that administrators of early care and education programs are the gatekeepers of quality setting the standards and expectations for others to follow. The Early Childhood Administration M.Ed./C.A.S. degree program is designed for current directors and aspiring leaders of center-based early childhood programs. This graduate degree is also appropriate for other early childhood professionals such as preschool owners, Head Start component coordinators, state-funded prekindergarten coordinators and consultants who work with early childhood programs. The Masters in Education (M.Ed.) option is designed for students who have a baccalaureate degree. The Certificate of Advanced Studies (C.A.S.) is designed for students who already have a master’s degree in education. The ECA degree does not lead to teacher certification.
