OIT Help Desk - 24x7

The Help Desk team provides technical support for NLU students, faculty and staff who are using OIT-supported software such as Microsoft Office, Banner Self Service, Luminis, NLU-Email, and WebCT, as well as support for network and internet connectivity. The Help Desk also supports NLU-owned hardware and the NLU telephone and voicemail systems. The Help Desk staff solves many problems via the initial phone call. The Help Desk staff route unresolved phone calls and emails to appropriate OIT staff.
